The Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, which is the the largest management faculty of the Sri Lankan University System, proudly announces its 17th International Conference on Business Management (ICBM). ICBM would be the forum for those who manage different interfaces aiming the growth. It is an annual journey of many academics and industry experts who await the opportunity of knowledge discovery. It has become a leading Business Management Conference in South Asia, serving the intellectuals of a broad spectrum of disciplines, locally and internationally. There will be three activities namely, PhD colloquium planning to be held at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura on 10th December 2020. Research Conference will be held on 11th December 2020 at the Hotel Galadari – Colombo.
The conference aims to showcase the current research in management by bringing together academics, practitioners, policy-makers and interest groups from diverse regions and perspectives. In particular, the conference addresses some of the more pressing themes in both in developed and developing countries, with special focus on rebuilding an integrated green economy enriched with corporate and business ethics. Selected papers will be published in a special issue of Vidyodaya Journal of Management (VJM), December 2020 Volume 6, Issue 2. VJM is a biannual scholarly journal published by FMSC, USJ
PhD students registered at any university in the fields related to conference tracks are eligible to present their doctoral work-in-progress to a scholarly audience. It is expected that both PhD students and the audience will be benefited with new knowledge.
