The ICBM 2026 conference programme is structured around 10 conference tracks, each organized as a discipline-based mini conference. These mini conferences bring together aligned paper presentations, thematic conversations, and expert viewpoints within each track, enabling deeper engagement with the conference theme and current research priorities.

In addition, each mini conference is complemented by plenary discussions that bring participants across tracks into a shared forum for dialogue, connecting diverse perspectives, surfacing cross-cutting insights, and strengthening the overall intellectual contribution of the conference.

Payment Guidelines

Please note that the following information applies exclusively to authors whose papers have been accepted for presentation at the International Conference on Business Management (ICBM) 2026, organized by the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC) in collaboration with the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ).

To ensure your paper is included in the Abstract Book, at least one author must register and present the paper in person. Certificates will be issued only to authors who are registered and attend the conference in person.

Please refer to the updated registration payment guidelines below:

  1. Authors from USJ (staff, undergraduate students, or postgraduate students): The registration fee is waived. Undergraduates and postgraduates must submit a copy of their student ID for verification.
  2. All other authors: A registration fee must be paid for each author listed on the paper if they wish to receive individual certificates, regardless of the total number of authors.
